If you would like to return your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have already gone by since the time of your purchase.

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition you received it.
Due to permanent nature of embossing these items, we are however unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalized items.
We don't cover the return shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded (if the order has been shipped). We can, however, manage the return process and shipping using our carriers. Please contact us for details.
Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages which have been mailed back to us under warranty or return. In this case, the customer is the shipper and it will be the only one who may file a lost claim to the shipping company that was involved. As such, any interaction regarding the lost claim must involve the customer and the shipping company.

All personalized items or those designated as “All Sales Final” cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.
Do I need a return authorization (RA) number?
Yes. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number requested from and provided by Tendancewear.
Can I return my product if it was purchased from another website or reseller?
We only accept returned items purchased from us directly. If you have purchased your Tendancewear product from a website other thantendancewear.com, you will need to contact them and follow their return policy. Policies vary by reseller.
